The text has a theoretical approach which is good, but it is not helpful in the development of my module content. I was looking for something more pragmatic.

This book offers a clear interpretation of Czarniawska's formula to use narrative as a qualitative research method. The interview transcript as narrative was particularly interesting. A good guide for novice and more professional social science researchers

I would highly recommend this book to students using narrative methodology as a research tool. It is highly readable and user friendly. Each chapter provides a further reading list and a useful exercise. An excellent resource.
