The Recreational Sports Journal (RSJ) is a scholarly journal that serves to advance the understanding of the role of collegiate recreation within higher education.  Topics of interest to the RSJ include, but are not limited to, leadership, student development, programming, facility management and design, legal issues, personnel management and supervision, assessment, sponsorship, fund raising, marketing, and organizational development.  Further description of research of interest to the RSJ can be found in the NIRSA Research Agenda linked here
