Denise Carter is an experienced information manager and business owner. She has 30 years’ experience working for international pharmaceutical companies, and her company DCision Consult now provides competitive intelligence and business analysis services to pharmaceutical companies in USA and Europe.
She has published multiple articles on a variety of information topics, including obtaining value from secondary sources, customer service, artificial intelligence. She is a speaker at international conferences and delivers webinars on information topics.
Denise has an MSc in Information Management from Birmingham University, UK, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals (CILIP).
