Rebecca J. Reichard, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at Claremont Graduate University, California. She concurrently serves as the Director of LeAD Labs, an evidence-based, non-profit leader development consultancy. Her broad research interest is in the area of leadership development.
