This is a good book, especially important for research methods for UG students, and advanced QL research methods at PGT level. I will adopt it as a suggested reading rather than essential reading given the specific focus on NVivo. This does not mean, though that this book is absolutely fantastic!
This is an essential guide for anyone planning to use NVivo as part of their data management and analysis. NVivo is a valuable tool for qualitative analytic work, adding a level of organisation and control in the research process and being particularly useful for teamworking, as it offers a clear view of analytic coding for formal reliability checks or for reaching agreement through a consensus approach.

The third edition fundamentally revises and improves on the excellent previous version bringing this up to data and including the Mac version. It's expansion of working with mixed methods is particularly welcome.
