This edited text explores a wide range of SEND issues. Each chapter is written by experienced practitioners who provide the reader with an excellent list of resources at the end. I especially like the use of sections entitled 'Key Points to Remember' and 'Reflective Activity'. This is a useful resource for teachers in training and qualified teachers alike. It could form the basis of a whole school CPD day or be used in ITE and postgraduate SEND courses to promote discussion during lectures and seminars.
